Identification: Valid government issued photo-ID
Reschedule Policy: May reschedule once before a new deposit is required. 48 hours notice to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date. Clients cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior will forfeit their deposit. Clients that are more than 15 minutes late without notification will be required to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.
